About
At Executive Edge, we believe lasting school improvement begins with strong leadership, aligned systems, and a deep commitment to every student’s potential. Founded by Kristen, Executive Edge was built on the belief that schools thrive when educators are equipped with practical systems, compassionate leadership strategies, and the tools needed to create meaningful, sustainable change.
Kristen began her career in crisis intervention, behavioral management, and special education, where she developed a passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential while advancing educational equity. Her work has always centered on identifying the root causes behind academic and behavioral challenges and designing customized, strengths-based solutions that maximize individual performance and growth.
Driven by a deep commitment to the United States education system and the educators who serve within it, Kristen believes schools must embed systems thinking, analysis, and compassion into daily instructional practices. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning and curiosity.
For the past five years, Kristen has served as a leadership development coach within the manufacturing sector, helping organizations strengthen workforce development, leadership capacity, communication, retention, and organizational culture. Prior to that, she spent five years as Director of a Department of Labor-sanctioned high school internship program that partnered with more than 150 corporations and 250 mentors. Through these roles, Kristen has developed extensive expertise in preparing leaders to navigate change, build high-performing teams, and implement sustainable systems that drive long-term success.
Kristen is passionate about bringing these workforce development strategies into education because today’s students are tomorrow’s workforce and future leaders. She believes schools play a critical role not only in academic achievement, but also in developing the communication, adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving skills students need to thrive in an evolving world.
Her combined experience in education, crisis intervention, workforce development, and leadership coaching uniquely positions her to support schools in creating strong cultures, aligned systems, and transformational leadership practices that improve outcomes for both educators and students.
