Breaking Barriers. Expanding Access. Transforming Schools.
Our story began in an executive coaching class, but our connection grew from something much deeper—a shared belief that every person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. Kristen, Robyn, and Erika are educators, coaches, advocates, and lifelong learners united by a passion for creating equitable opportunities that help individuals, schools, and communities thrive.
What started as a meaningful connection around leadership and growth evolved into a partnership built on trust, shared values, and a commitment to transforming education. Together, we bring decades of experience in education, leadership development, coaching, organizational change, technology, research, grant development, and systems improvement. Each of us brings a unique perspective, but we are aligned by one purpose: helping schools overcome barriers and access the resources needed to create lasting impact.
For Kristen and Robyn, years of experience working alongside educators and leaders have reinforced the importance of strong leadership, supportive learning environments, and systems that empower every learner. They have witnessed both the incredible possibilities within schools and the challenges that can prevent innovation, growth, and transformation.
For Erika, educational equity is also deeply personal. Living in Cape Town, South Africa, and raising two sons who attend an American school, she brings a global perspective shaped by her experiences as a parent, education advocate, and technology and research leader. Her expertise in technology, research, and grant writing strengthens our ability to help schools identify opportunities, secure resources, and turn their improvement goals into action.
As cousins, Kristen and Erika share a family bond; as partners, they share a vision. Alongside Robyn, they are committed to breaking down barriers and expanding access to the tools, funding, and support schools need to transform.
Because when schools are empowered with the right resources and support, every learner has a greater opportunity to succeed—and entire communities are strengthened.
